In the bottom right hand corner of this FAQ site, you should see a teal phone button that looks like one of the options below:
Once you've clicked that button, you should see an option to "Get in touch" with our team:
From there you will have the option to submit a support ticket and you'll also find the phone number to speak to a representative. Our phone line is open from 9 a.m - 6 p.m. ET Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. -5:30 p.m. ET on Saturdays.
