Renter: How do I make a Jetty Rent payment?

You can pay loans with your bank account (ACH).

1. Sign in to your Jetty account.
2. Scroll down and click the Jetty Rent Dashboard button
3. Click on the Make Payment button on the loan details page or select Make Payment from the Loan Options menu.
4. Select how much you want to pay, when to pay, and a payment method. Click Continue. If you don’t have a valid payment method on file you first need to add one.
5. Click or tap on Make payment.
6. Review the payment details.

Please note, you can also schedule future payments. Payments with a future date will be scheduled and not processed until the payment date. Future scheduled payments can be canceled from the Activity view. If a future scheduled payment was already processed, it cannot be canceled. Borrowers can usually cancel a future scheduled payment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
