If you’d like to terminate your Jetty Rent service and close your loan, please contact us here. Please note: in order to make sure we do not pay rent for the upcoming month we will need to receive all close requests by the 24th of the month at 5pm ET. If it is after the 24th we will not be able to close your loan until after the 1st as the payment processing will have already been started and we will still pay rent on your behalf for that month.
If you do carry an overdue balance you account would already be considered Suspended and payments would no longer be made on your behalf from Jetty. Please refer to our “what happens if I miss a payment” process here.
Once you have closed your loan you will receive email confirmation. If you decide to apply for Jetty Rent again in the future you will have to wait 90 days from your last unenrollment before applying again.
