You might be collected on for two possible reasons:
- If you have not paid your community directly and they submit a claim to Jetty, we or our third- party collections agency will attempt to collect that amount up to the claim amount.
- If you have an outstanding balance over the Jetty Bond amount, your community will send that amount through their own collection agency.
