It happens to the best of us! If it happens to you, start by going to the login option from the Jetty homepage (or click this link).
If you created your account with Google or Facebook, make sure you log in using the option you see for that application - you would not be able to use the regular email and password option in these instances.
Otherwise, you should be able to login with the email we have on file for you and the password you created. If you don’t remember your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” option and enter in the email address associated with your account. Once you’ve done that, you should receive an email to help you reset your password.
