Once you are at the Jetty link provided by your leasing agent, you will need to locate your specific property. This can be done by either typing in the name of the community or entering in the address. Here are some common troubleshooting tips if you are unable to locate your property:
- If you are at an apartment complex, try using the address of your leasing office rather than your specific address.
- Do not include a unit number at this step, you just need to locate the correct property. You will be able to specify your unit number at the end of the sign up process.
- We recommend not copy/pasting the address and instead typing it in until you see the correct option appear in the drop down. Oftentimes your property will appear after just typing in the correct street number.
Once you see your property, select it and then you should be able to move to the next step of the sign up process!
