If you’re moving into a building that partners with Jetty to eliminate traditional cash deposits, you will need to use a specific link for your property to sign up. Depending on which Jetty partner property you are moving to, there may be one shared link for the property or the link may be customized for each resident. If you want to check if your property is partnered, head to the following link: https://www.jetty.com/app/find-offerings/estimate/.
If the link is property specific, you can ask your leasing agent for their property link and follow the directions on screen to make your purchase. As an example, the link would be something like www.jetty.com/propertyname.
If the link is customized to you, we recommend searching your inbox for an email which would include your personalized link. Often this email comes directly from hello@jetty.com or in some cases it may have been in an email from your leasing office. Your customized link would be in an email similar to the one below:
If you did not receive your link or cannot locate it, you can head to https://www.jetty.com/app/offer/search/ to locate your personalized offer link. All you need to do is enter in the email address and phone number you used when applying for your apartment and then you’ll be on your way to lowering your move in costs!
If you are having trouble locating your personalized link, here are a few troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure the information you are entering is tied to the primary resident on the lease - this would be the first person to complete the online lease application. If your information isn’t populating, we recommend trying your co-applicant’s information (if you have one).
- Make sure you are entering in the same email address and phone number that the leasing office would have on file.
- Try using an incognito or private browsing window.
It’s also important to note that you cannot purchase Jetty Deposit over the phone, and will need to use the link provided by your leasing team to complete the process online.
