Any charges that were on your final account statement (which should have been originally provided by your property upon move-out) that you would like to dispute should be addressed with your property directly. If any adjustments need to be made to the claim or owed amount, your property should communicate those to the assigned claims adjuster. In cases where Jetty issued any overpayment, we will need to be reimbursed before any adjustments can be made to your owed balance.
