Since Jetty only reports to the three major credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) we can only support the data that resides at these three bureaus. There are many third-party providers that are not directly related to TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, meaning data provided to you by third-party providers could be displayed differently.
Third-party providers might display Jetty Credit as a rental obligation, meaning Jetty’s tradeline will show up as a loan or as a closed account on your credit report through a third-party provider. Rest assured, Jetty Credit is not a loan, however, if it is displayed as a rental obligation through a third-party provider it might appear as a monthly obligation. Each time Jetty reports a payment, the monthly obligation will show as satisfied, which in some cases will display as showing you have a zero current balance or a closed balance.
To view the true status of your Jetty Credit account, we recommend obtaining a credit report directly from one of the three major credit bureaus: TransUnion, Experian, or Equifax.
