For Renters Insurance, the standard plan has a 12-month term. Head over to your account to view your plan details and download a PDF of your plan summary. If you're moving before the end of those 12 months, just send us an email at email@example.com, and we'll either help you transfer your plan to your new place, or cancel it for you.
If you'd like to extend your plan beyond that initial 12-month term, you can choose to renew your plan. And if you'd like to cancel at any point in that new 12-month term, you can email us or cancel from your account page.
For Jetty Deposit, your plan is valid as for as long as you stay in the same home. That said, if your rent increases, you may be required to either pay the difference in required coverage (if you chose to pay up front) or pay a higher monthly fee (if you opted for monthly payments).
